i purchased a samsung 75un7100 on Oct 6, and was told by salesman that as an elite member i would have 60 days to return or exchange as we were debating between that model and the 75 inch 8000 (75un8000). at the time the higher end model wsa $2100 i believe. it is now down to $1599, or only $100 more than the on i purchased. i called today to set up an exchange and was told that the time period was only 30 days. please help.

Our Return & Exchange Promise notes that Elite My Best Buy members would have 30 day return window. Was your Samsung TV purchased off of a wedding registry? Wedding Registry items are eligible for a 60 day return window. I apologize if the agent you were working with in the store may have provided you some incorrect information.
