I understand how important having access to your receipts is, especially for warranty purposes. I keep them a few different ways myself, the first thing I do is scan them onto my computer, to ensure I always have a copy. With five sons, I always find myself dealing with warranty issues with one of their electronics.
We try and be proactive and save most receipts for our customers, but our systems only hold most of them for 18 months and some up to 24 months. However, after that, they are not accessible. I am happy to see if I can find it for you, but first I am going to need some more information from you.
