I purchased a Samsung 65" TV this past Tuesday carry out. Hooked it up on Wednesday. Picture is Black and White, no color. Called the store right away, can't get a live body on the phone, today is Friday (total call time is 5 hours, still no live body). Called customer service, the lady says return it to the store so why are you calling us!!!!!! Are you kidding me. I called Samsung on Wednesday and they said someone would contact me about looking at TV. yeah it's brand new plug and play. It is coming off the wall tonight and being returned to the store tomorrow morning. I do not know how they stay in business when you can not get a live body on the phone. Not acceptable. I will not get another one from Best Buy, I will be taking my money someplace else. It's sad all my tv's for the last 15 years have come from Best Buy. You lost another customer. Customers should be able to call a store and speak to someone!

Welcome to our forums. We always love new members. However, I do wish it was under better circumstances. Purchasing a new TV should be such an exciting experience, and we would never want anything to get in the way of that.
