i buy nightowl wirless 4 camara at bestbuy store in tukwila wa state on 2018 . something happend with camara i call nightowl custmer service they spend more then 2 hr . nothing happend they told me call or go to bestbuy i have warrenty for 2 years . i am so happy with custmer sevice they change to new camara . she give me 66 doller giftcard niteowl change price . before i pay in 2018 $499.99 2 WEEK was only $399.99 . not even week after price was $349.99 . when i call custmer service bestbuy custmer services they said they give me $55 back to giftcard . i dont get nothing until then i call back bestbuy custmer service they said they put money back to my debitcard . i told them that my bank account was close last year on month of dec . guy was on phone he said he cant do anything now . only word said sorry .

I know that I would want to ensure that I was able to receive any refunds that may have been issued to me. $55 can go a long way. Generally speaking, if a refund is issued to a credit or debit card that is no longer active, the bank will issue a mail check to the address on file for the account. Have you had a chance to connect with your bank about this?
