poor customer service

My daugher and i were visiting a BestBuy October 28 2019. We saw that sprint was offering a promotion trade in your phone and get the new iphone 11 for FREE. So here i am 3 months later being told that it was all wrong that phone had to be sent back same day to get promotion (best buy says we dont send phones back) I sent them bak a week later when sprint return kit came. Needless to say I am paying FULL PRICE for 2 iphone 11 AND I got NOTHING for the 2 phones I sent back.Sprint  said I never should have done this at BesBuy only Sprint Corporatae stores. I h ave the entire chatt with Sprint saved. BEST BUY you COST me over 1000 in non existant monthly credits and 2 phones that I paid over $1200 for and got nothing in return!!

Thank you for visiting the forums. I recently purchased the new iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I am also a big fan of stellar savings! I apologize that this awesome promotion did not end up giving you that great savings for your iPhones like you'd been expecting!
