missing a part of product

I ordered online an apple watch series 5 on Dec 22 and went to Best Buy Store, located 115 N 76th St, Omaha, NE 68114-3649 to pickup on that day. I got home then and opened the box but there was no watch face in there. I went back to Best Buy store and told them that situation. The employees told me that I have to contact to Apple by myself because they got that one with the factory seal so it’s not their responsibility for that situation as an employee said. I was shocked and disappointed with Best Buy’s employees’s behavior. They’re unprofessional! I had to call Apple customer service for an hour and no one in Best Buy store supported me or willing to help.They are really irresponsible and unprofessional! This has been frustrating and irritating!

While I'm glad that you found us, I wish that the circumstances that made you reach out were a happier one. Getting a new Apple Watch is meant to be an exciting time, but I can imagine how that excitement turned to confusion when you opened the box to discover that there was nothing in there. That is far from the shopping experience we intended to provide!
