lost store credit

Hello,

 

I lost a store credit and have not had any luck getting support. In store they tell me to call support and when I call they tell me to go in store. I have my receipt. Can anyone help me?

They confirmed over the phone that the balance is still on the card but they kept redirecting me till eventually they said they cant do anything.

Store credit is like cash but it is also treated like a gift card if you have record of it, you can get it replaced. I think that Best Buy online can help with the replacement.
