had another bad experience in your CHERRY HILL NJ STORE

Went to Best Buy -- first time in 5 years

had a bad experience 5 years ago

 

anyway

 

your very kind saleman told me that the store -- in Cherry Hill Rt 70 was having a $20 off one day sale on Bose -- today only

 

 

I then purchased Bose Wireless Headphone for $199

 

I gave him my credited card and at the conclusion I asked how will I get the $20

 

He said my manager will help you

 

She then signed me up for a Citi Bank Visa

 

I asked where is my $20 off or $20 credit

 

She said let me get your salesman back he said yes you  will get $20 off

 

I said when and they both walked away in different directions

 

 

I said loudlly I did not ask for a Citi Bank credit card and this seems like a scam

 

 

 

Can you please help me

 

For $20 you want to lose a customer again to Amazon  ?

That certainly is quite the confusing sequence of events I'm reading about. If we were to have a $20 discount on an item then it should automatically show when checking out at the register. There is no need to go back and forth. I'd love to see how we can take a closer look at this and ensure we resolve it for you.
