Hello, my name is Shacquera {removed per forum guidelines} I recently purchased a tv from Best Buy. When I purchased the tv in store it was too big for my vehicle. The salesman said I had 7 days to pick it up. Around two days later we received an email saying that the tv was picked up, so we called they said it was a mistake an the order was still there. The next day my fiancé went to pick the tv up and was told it was already picked up. After they reviewed the security cameras they told him someone picked it up in a black truck. He was told to come back the next day for an investigation and they couldn’t find the tv. When we came back the next day we were told very rudely by the General Manager they didn’t do an investigation and would have to first and we wouldn’t be refunded or given another tv. We called the police who reviewed the cameras and saw someone actually came in the store to pick up the tv and was walked out with it. The officer filed a report and told us to reach out to corporate and we still are out 1176.99 and a tv. Please help us.

I can only imagine your excitement at the prospect of a gigantic new 82-inch TV. I live in an apartment and there's no way I could accommodate a TV that size, but I sure would like to. Equally, I can only imagine the upset and disappointment that has come with the discovery that your TV wasn't available for pickup due to such unexpected and unhappy circumstances. Certainly this is not the outcome any of us would want and I regret your now having to cope with these circumstances.
