I tried to apply two gift cards to an in store purchase on 3/20/21. Each scan at the register gave an error so i was not able to use the cards. The store manager had me try to complete the purchase online, which also gave an error on the cares.
Now the cards show a zero balance. one of the cards was brand new, the other had a partial balance.
How do i get the unused balance restored on these cards?
the store manager advised me to call customer support, however, customer support directs me to the store manager.
can someone please help?

Welcome to our forums! It can be frustrating when your preferred method of payment isn’t accepted at your local store or online, so I can certainly understand wanting to get to the bottom of what’s happening with these gift cards after you’ve been unable to use them since March 20.
