We had an issue and you sent me a $100 giftcard at the time. I am having issues using this card. I went into this store yesterday at 1/6/2018 at
worked with agent named ''Ashton''
When he checked me out, it said that gift card was declined. We were not sure why that happened, upon investigation another staff told me it was used. But how was that possibile, because ashton helped me scratch out the pin for the 4 digit code, it was never opened until then.
Can you please look into this and get back to me with why so ?
gift card number is - (removed per forum guidelines)
Was a duplicate card issued to someone else?

First best buy acted like a thief by telling me their WAREHOUSE did not receive the item i sent. then to compensate they SENT ME A GIFT CARD WITH $100
NOW when i went into the store, they said it has been used, when their employee themlseves SCRATCHED OPEN THE PIN FOR ME, THEN HOW COULD IT HAVE BEEN USED?

Before i went on the store, how did I use the gift card when the 4 digit password pin were NOT scratched and visible? Have you read my notes where I mentioned that you may ask Ashton employee to testify? The statement will help you issue you a new card.
If you cannot help me by telling me WHERE exactly this gift card was redeemed, by who, what item, when and where, then I need you to immediately put me to the head of department because this is serious violation of someone's data or either you have given me a false gift card.
Please transfer me to a manger.
