geek squad messed up and I am paying for it.

So I purchased a open box soundbar from the quail springs mall oklahoma city location. On the sticker it states it was missing the mount. When I ended up getting home the box had the mount but zero cables.
Next day I took it back to the store. I used the 200 gift card towards a new cell phone purchase. So they refunded everything but the 200. I purchased a new soundbar. And they refunded the 200 then. So I bought a soundbar and returned it. Bought a brand new one and a cell phone. But for some reason I have bestbuy holding onto $657 in my account for about two weeks. My bank states it's bestbuys fault. But everyone I've talked to on geeksquad on the phone or person is like I don't know. I want money back.

"returns" are not applied instantly to your account. Just like any other retail store. It may take a few days up to 2 weeks depending on your bank with wells fargo being the slowest and credit unions tend to be the fastest. It's totally up to your bank that can legally hold the funds up to 10 business days. (Weekends don't count)

The return has already posted on my account. There is an actual hold for a specific amount on my card. Both purchases and the return have gone through. However, there is still a charge pending.
