excellent customer service

I had such a pleasant experience at staten island,ny best buy with my consultant Josh. 2 days ago I went to best buy Brooklyn, ny bay parkway. my fiance and I went to by a 65 " TV and was looking for a new fridgeratoer and a over range microwave. I was stopped by an employee in the parking lot and was told I had to make an appointment. I asked him how can I make one and was told by him to go online or call. I asked him to assist me and he was rude and brushed me off. that day I emailed the manager and he responded the next day to send him my cell number. I waited to see if he would contact me and he didn't. I scheduled an appointment with statenisland,ny bestbuy. with in 20 mins a sweetheart gentlemen Josh contacted me and asked me a few questions on what I was looking for. he was more than willing to help me out on my search. I had an appointment at 630pm and he was waiting for me. he showed us options and not only that he new his products and was very knowledgeable. we picked out our new 65 " TV and looked at fridgerators and microwaves and also purchased a Sony speaker for outdoors. all said and done we spent 3500 dollars and was so happy that we met such a kind person. his patience made our experience lovely. we are all going through this pandemic together. but bottom line you do not have to be rude at it. Josh and his staff from staten island, ny best buy made this experience the best. and Josh definitely deserves to be promoted.....
