Re: email for customer issue

To elaborate on what nckhammond stated, there is not an email inbox to send issues to.  However, this site is set up to connect you with the corporate office.  All of the moderators here work out of corporate, in a role that allows them to assist with issues and document those issues.  If you'd like to keep it private, feel free to hang tight until they reach your post and they can follow up with you via private message.  If you choose to, you can share it publicly and the community may be able to assist or give you pointers.  If you choose to do this, please keep personal details out of the post.  This would include order numbers, full names, addresses, etc.

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.

Re: email for customer issue

Good afternoon, BelloConcierge,

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. As others have mentioned, we don't typically provide customer service via email. I would be glad to see how I can help you moving forward. Can you please provide some more details on what's going on?

You are welcome to post a response here or send me a private message. You can do so by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post across from my name. I'll keep an eye out for your response.

Regards,
