To elaborate on what nckhammond stated, there is not an email inbox to send issues to. However, this site is set up to connect you with the corporate office. All of the moderators here work out of corporate, in a role that allows them to assist with issues and document those issues. If you'd like to keep it private, feel free to hang tight until they reach your post and they can follow up with you via private message. If you choose to, you can share it publicly and the community may be able to assist or give you pointers. If you choose to do this, please keep personal details out of the post. This would include order numbers, full names, addresses, etc.
