recently on 4/29/19 ordered a tv price online showed one price then when got to store noticed it had another price lower then what i paid
then tried to get them to return it and tried to pay the price marked couldnt do this due to my returns being on a list
this was a open box and stated excellent condition assuming was in box but wasnt didnt have any other way to take it home at the higher price at time been going back and forth trying to get management to do something after today of visiting store getting frustrated do to not getting any kind of results started a dispute yesterday on this no longer wanting this tv and wanting my credit return any help be thanked

If I was told I had a warning upon purchase, I could have planned according , but I was told the opposite wantng a left from this third party and full refund credit to my card just reported it to BBB also once this is fixed will no longer shop at best buy again
