This forum will be where you would do that, the moderators here work for corporate. There isn’t a single email inbox to send things to.

thank you, if you see my message trail.. I have made all efforts to get resolution to my concern with lq TV without success. I have even called customer complaint and and have not received a response. I will reach out to president of services trish Walker via e mail.

@chchavez, be sure to keep your private information your own by not posting any personal information on the public forum.  Click the blue button in the signature line labeled "Private Message" so that Meg can take a closer look into this.
