I went to the Weatherford Texas Best Buy store 04/21/2021 to make an appointment for Geek squad to come to my home. I was told by the lone employee in customer service that he didn't have time to talk to me. He told me and another customer to go home and call him back to make an appointment to come in and talk to him about making an appointment to come to my home to fix my problem. I bought the equipment from Best Buy. It would not be appropriate for me to repeat what I told that person as I left. There is no sign anywhere that states you have to have an appointment to make an appointment. Utterly ridiculous. I will not be going back to Best Buy.
