concord nh Bad service

Jun 26, 2021 I received the pick-up notice, I went to pick up the goods, and when I arrived at the store, a man who claimed to be a manager checked my name, phone number, and address. Credit card email, after confirming everything. Tell me that your email is fake, why is my email address fake? I have always used this email address since using bestbuy, and my English is not good. I didn’t argue, I left the store, and then I received an email to cancel the order. Yes, my fake email address received a notice of order cancellation. It's really ridiculous. It's not the first time I'm shopping in this store. I used to pick up the goods normally. There has never been a quarrel, it has been 3 days. I still don’t understand why it is aimed at me. Or is it aimed at Asian?

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  However our customers choose to shop with us, we hope they’ll have a positive experience throughout their visit, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to have been an issue when attempting to pick up your order at our Concord, NH store earlier this week.

 

I’d like to gather some additional information from you so we might fully document your feedback here at our Corporate Headquarters, however, I’ll just need some additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
  • The name of the manager or associate you spoke to at our Concord, NH store (if available)
