Hello
I am relally upset I just purchased a T-mobile sim kit with plan from Best buy store and paid around $43 for it. I put the sim card into my phone and followed the instruction that was in the kit and spoke with a t-mobile representative, but they informed me that the sim card that best buy sold to me is expired. I spent money on an expired product that best buy has given me. I am so upset and feel like crying. Why would they sell an expired sim card kit to a customer. Please help and provide an advice to me. I have my reciept that I bought it today.

Hello, mariam2020, and welcome to our online community!
Thank you for posting on our forum for support, although I hate to hear about the issue you're facing with your recent purchase. I can imagine your concern after T-Mobile informed you of this expired product, and I'm hoping I can help with this now.
Have you returned to the store you purchased this at to discuss your situation?
Regards,
