boought 4 new laptops, one came with wrong version of windows, was told online and store worker it came with windows Pro when i went down to the store, he said I would recieve a code in a few days after the item was recieved, well its been 3 or 4 days and still nothing, what do I do? call ASUS or go to the store?
I enclosed a picture of the agent I spoke with when I was getting the details for the laptop. not sure if my pics come through or not, but contact me for the screenshots if they dont come through. Thank You.

It would probably be more useful to just provide a model number of the laptop. What was it?
