Best Buy Store Purchase

On Saturday my Wife and I viseted the Delafeild, Wi store just for gathering information on possably a future purchase of an I pad. We had NO intention of purchaseing at that viset, only information . Our in store advisor Was a young person  named " Will {removed per forum guidelines}" . We have been going to this store for many years and my wife had developed a negitive desire to vist the store due to past experiences. This vist was just the opposite. Will had a Fantastic attitude even though he knew that we were just looking. Will was also extreamly knowlegable with I pads,I phones & the cloud interaction, Will took the time to explane all the product related to our needs and put it into easy ways for my wife & I to under stand . In the 40 minuets that we took of his time , he never showed a inpatience with us to find anouther costomer for a sale. Though we dident purchase anything on this viset, we will certinally look Will up if we make a final dicission to purchase. This experence has changed my wifes attitude toward this store.I would like to give Will The highest praise possable for his service yesterday.
