Best Buy Store Purchase

I was out of town when I got the notification to pickup a PlayStation 5 so my father picked it up and now when I get back I find out bestbuy gave me the wrong version of the console and now I have no idea how long I'll have to wait to get my actual order has anyone else had this happen?
