Wrong Item

I purchased a 16 foot multicolor led tape light in store to get delivered to my home since there wasnt any left in the store, but when i got it in the mail, i opened my package to find out they shipped me the 8 foot version of this item but still charged for the 16 feet tape light, what can i do? i would really like my 16 foot version.

An eight-foot difference is undoubtedly a big deal! I would want the item I ordered, as well, if I were in your shoes. I would be more than happy to speak to you about your options so that we can get you taken care of.

 

If a customer has a problem with an order, such as what you describe where you were sent an incorrect item, typically, the fastest option is to return to your local store with the item received so that our store representatives can arrange for a replacement.
