Wrong Delivery Address.

Went into my local Best Buy today and purchased a Roccat vulcan keyboard as well as an HP Omen 27' Monitor. The keyboard was in store and i brought it home with me, however the monitor was to be shipped to my address because my local store was out of stock. I was never asked for a shipping address which i did not realize. Apparently the store had created an account for me from a previous visit when i bought google pixel buds. I did not create this account. The salesperson assumed it would ship to the address on the account (that was not created by me). This address is out of date. Which of course i would not be able to realize in 30 minutes, which gives you just about enough time to drive home to realize something is wrong. I checked the bestbuy website to check on my order when i got home because i did not remember giving the salesperson an address. I saw that the address was wrong and called the store. The store told me they could do nothing and transfered me to a bestbuy.com representative over the phone. I then talked with a lady who barely spoke my language, who continued to tell me that my package would be shipped to the incorrect address and i was out of luck because it had been more than 30 minutes. My package is to be delivered wednesday of next week. Today is november 12th 2022. I would really like some help because i would rather not spend all of my day on wednesday driving to someones elses house and standing on their property until my package gets there. And if i get in trouble for trespassing is bestbuy going to help me? Please help.

I would also like to add that reaching the customer service representative for bestbuy.com took me 20 minutes by itself. So even if i would have realized this mistake in 10 minutes, i would have still been too late.

I would be glad to see what can be done for you at this time. Please Private Message your full name, email, and phone number so that we can look up your order and reach out to the store to make sue this doesn't happen again.
