Would like to give positive feedback at one of your stores

I had a great experience today in the Eatontown, NJ store today.  Jose helped to make what I thought was going to be a complicated return very easy.  His manager, Angelo, was also great - I had made sure to give him the good feedback on Jose and hope he is recognized by your corporate team - he went above and beyond.  

 

On a different note, the reason why I went to the store was because of incorrect information I received the day before from your appliance support team (J. Ortega) by phone who advised that I couldn't return the item at all (despite my online process which clearly stated that I had until January 16th for this item).  The experience in the store made up for the hour I spent on the phone, but the applicance team needs better training to avoid this in the future with other customers.  I was glad I was persistent and went to the store which was great (and what I will do in the future)

While it sounds like things did not go in the manner they should when calling, I’m so glad that you connected with Jose and Angelo at the store to get everything straightened out.
