I understand that you have some concerns regarding a recent experience that occurred in one of our stores. While I'm glad to hear that you experiences with our Tinley Park, IL store, it truly disappoints me to hear about your experience in our Homewood, IL store. This is definitely not the kind of experience we want for our customers, and our employees should always be respectful and helpful when assisting our customers. I'd like to get some more information about this experience, so that we can look into this further and address this, in hopes that we can prevent this from happening again in the future.

As you might have noticed, I had to edit out most of the information in your most recent post, as we do not allow for the sharing of personal information on here, as this is a public forum that anyone can access, and this information can only be shared privately with us via private message.
This being said, I did receive your information, and will go ahead and document your concerns regarding this experience here at Best Buy Corporate, and will be sure to also reach out to the Homewood, IL store with this feedback in hopes that we can address this and prevent something like this from happening again in the future.

I understand how you feel, after going through an experience like this, and all I can ask is that you consider giving us another chance in the near future to better serve you and provide you with the great customer service that we strive to provide to all of our customers. Rest assured, I have gone ahead and reached out to the Homewood store's leadership team, and will ensure that your concerns are addressed, in hopes that something like this doesn't happen again in the future.
