I ordered an item online, and went to pick it up at the store (San Antonio, City Base). My name was on the order, and the directions said for me to pick it up. I arrived at the store, and they would not let me pick up the order. A person named Dominguez represented himself as a store manager, but I learned he was not, told me to go away, and would not look at my phone so I could show him I placed the order and my name was on it. They had the name from the credit card I used, even though that was not the designated person. Dominuez then yelled at me in front of my six year old and other customers, calling me names, and saying he was going to cancel my order. I have been elite or elite plus since the programs began, and I have NEVER been treated like this by a Best Buy employee, much less a manager. I will modify my experience here based on how store management handles this situation.
