Worst Customer Service YUMA

As we approached the entrance of Best Buy a white male maybe around 5’6 asked what brought us to the store today. We said a printer, very rude he rolled his eyes and said I don’t think we have printers. We stood by the printers and after maybe 3 or 4 Best Buy’s employees passed did not even asked if we needed help. After all we asked someone for help and, yes they had the printer we had come for. So, if your employees would be a little nicer and wouldn’t assume that they do not have printers. I saw maybe a little over 19 printers there how does he assume we do not want a printer on those shelves. Somebody needs to show him World Class Customer Service. That set us in a really bad mood seems like he is the door guy and he was chatting with a girl at the wireless department did not even acknowledge the other customers walking in maybe he was embarrassed knowing we actually found a printer. What a horrible customer experience. This happened about 15 minutes ago. Today is Saturday 19 at 5:39 pm in Yuma, AZ please have manager put his employees on some type of training.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. What you describe is certainly far from the service we want to provide. While I’m glad you did find a printer that fit your needs, I do want to ensure that this feedback gets to the right place so that it can be used internally as we seek to improve for the future.
