So I just came home from Best Buy. I had ordered a Samsung Sound Bar online for instore pick up. When I clicked to buy it said it would be available for pickup in an hour. I went to the store 2hrs. later to pick it up. They say it is not ready. So I asked if they have it in the store the associate looks it up and she says yes we have a bunch. She says go back to the home theater section and someone can help you I say fine cancel the online order and I'll pick it up in the store. I go back there and this guy tries to find it with his manager (Tristen) they can't find it. They come back and tell me we're out. I said the associate told me you had alot. Isaid how can you not have it if it said when I clicked to buy and they said it will be ready in an hour. So this idiot turns it back on me and says do you think you are the only one buying online. I ask everyone here, do you think that is anyway to treat a customer. Now I'm mad, I turn to walk away and halfway from walking out I turn back to go get his name, because I want to file a complaint with corporate offices. So I walk back and he and the other guy are laughing at what he said to me and he says I learned from the best. I am wondering if thats how you train your employees. They did not see me coming back so they didn't know I overheard them. I will be going back to the store tomorrow to talk to the store manager. Now I'm really mad..

I have not been able to get back to the store yet, but I am still burning up inside by the fact that this person tried to turn it back on me when their own inventory showed they had the item. Still fuming
