I would like to thank Best Buy and pass along feedback on the excellent customer service that my brother and I experienced last Sunday July 28 at the store at 622 Broadway. My brother had damaged his phone and I was with him to help him buy a new one and get his number transferred. Neither of us really knew which phone to get or what deal was best for pay-as-you go. Jenessy was so patient and helpful and walked us through the whole process. She had to make a bunch of calls to work out the transfer of the number. She was the best! Thank you. -Ruth
