I had recently purchased AirPods roughly two days ago to have only this been displeased. As a result I’ve been considering returning them however would returning them cost me a 15% fee? Alongside the presence of that few would there be any others considering the item had been opened?
Also, when returning the purchase (let’s say without any sort of fees) would you be refunded cash/store credit in a value that would pay me back for the entire payment, with the inclusion of tax?

Welcome to our community. I have thoroughly enjoyed using my AirPods over the last year or so, and I'm saddened to hear you've quickly grown unhappy with your new pair. We certainly want you to feel satisfied with every purchase you make, so it's understandable you'd seek to exchange them for another product if they didn't meet your needs. You ask some great questions.
While the return of certain products do incur a restocking fee, headphones (including AirPods) are not one of those product categories. If you choose to return them for a refund altogether, you would be reimbursed in the same way(s) you paid for them originally, including any sales tax you were charged as well. Conversely, if you would rather exchange your AirPods for another pair of wireless headphones, our Blue Shirts in your local Best Buy store would be more than happy to help you narrow down the selection and answer any lingering questions.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
