I purchased some headphones that I do not need anymore. I went to the CVS access point to pick up my item with the intent to return to a Best Buy store later, but the woman working there told me I needed a physical slip provided by Best Buy, and that my bar code will not be good enough.
Instead of going through the trouble of getting a slip, should I just leave my item in the access point and wait for it to return to sender? Will I get a refund at that point? Or will they just attempt to send it again?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Forums. When I have a package sent to a UPS Access Point, I should be able to pick it up without an issue, so I understand your frustration. Could you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and order number?
