on January 4th I went to a Best Buy in Hawthorne California to purchase a printer. On Monday January 10th I called customer service to get it update for a printer that should have been shipped out for me only to find out that it was delivered but I did not receive it. I then contact customer service to find out how we can fix this problem, I was advised to receive a refund or to have the order shipped out. I asked for a refund only to discover that there was a replacement order already created. The date for the replacement was for January 15th 2023 however, that date did not work for me so I asked if I can just go inside of a store to pick it up. Then I was told that there were any of those printers available. So today January 11th 2023 I requested via chat a refund and I asked if I can have the refund today as I needed the printer yesterday last week right away I was then advised to go to the store because they will be able to give me a full refund on the same gift card that I used to purchase the device I then drove 8 Mi away from my home to a Best Buy in Hawthorne California and from there I was told that they would not be able to refund me on my gift card that I will have to go to Culver City California where the device will be shipped so then I drove 22 minutes in the rain in Southern California from Hawthorne California to Culver City California I was advised by representative but that they could not refund a device because it has not been delivered to their store. I am beyond frustrated today the ray hit the heaviest in California and I was advised to drive to a city outside of where I live Hawthorne California then to Culver City California only to still end up without a printer or a refund I have reached out via phone and chat and spoke with at least seven different representative to hear seven different things today I spoke with one representative that process my return He said that I should have my return my refund within 30 minutes once he did that I sat in the parking lot at the Best Buy store waiting for the refund so that I can purchase a different printer they never happen I am beyond disgusted with the way that I was treated today no they did not make me driving the rain from store to store however I needed the printer today and I've spent over $250 on something and I have not received nor do I have the money to repurchase a similar or something close please look into this matter as I am beyond frustrated and irritated and disappointed in the level of customer service I have received
