Why was I charged twice on my order?

I was recently charged twice on my order and I would like an explanation as to why this happens. I’ve noticed that it happens to a lot of people and I want to know what I can do to get my money back.

I appreciate you taking the time to write us regarding this order. I understand where you’re coming from, as I would not be too excited about any surprise charges on my purchase. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. This authorization hold is generally released within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. We will not officially charge you until your order has been fulfilled, so this is a little odd. Let’s see what’s going on.
