Whirlpool washer dryer set

Bought a set of whirlpool W/D and one month after purchasing, we started receiving errors. Called BB and they replaced the washer after 45 days. Fast forward 6 months, I called BB and was told to call whirlpool. They send out a third party repair company and they replaced 3 parts. The day after, the washer started making extremely loud clicking noise. Called whirlpool again and guess what, part is in back order. This was told to me without even coming out. TODAY, my wife says the dryer is not coming in. Checked the app and had power failure error. Unplugged the dryer and it did come back on. These units were not cheap and less than a year out and have had washer replaced, more issues a month later and now, power failures on the dryer. What crap!! I also purchased the max warranty from BB and they keep sending me to whirlpool. This is frustrating to have $2400 appliances not working and BB keeps sending me to whirlpool. I will be emailing whirlpool customer service but I expect a big fat nothing and BB seems to be pushing the blame. Why did I buy the max geek squad plan?
