Where is my REFUND

Long story short on December 14th I bought a washer and dryer. When they were to be installed that Friday the guy said he couldn’t do it so I refused the product and was promised a refund same day since I had used my Best Buy credit card. Here I am a month later and still no refund what can I do I call the store and they act like chickens with their heads cut off!!! I have the original receipt.

Depending on the form of payment used, it can take up to one billing cycle for these funds to be available in your account. Has this refund been processed since making this post? Have you received a return receipt? If not, I'd like to make sure this refund was processed correctly.
