Where does one send written comments on poor sales representative attitude and service?

Shopping for a full frame DLSR, Best Buy does Frisco Warren Parkway does have cameras on display, but the sales staff, in four trips, have been unwilling to discuss trade offs as thought I'm too stupid to understand. One trip, the person argued with me when I wanted to pay up front and not get 10% off for opening a new line of credit. I get lots of stuff from best buy, but if this is the attitude, there are many other options. I'd like to make some suggestions to someone who could potentially see to better training for staff.

Personally when I have had issues with staff in any store that I feel is worth commenting on generally go direct to that store manager.

 

Actually I would suspect they didn't want to discuss trade offs because they didn't know. 

 

I recenly purchased a full frame DSLR and I simply had to do a lot of independent research. But that is typical for me.
