I ordered a Surface Pro 8 which comes with a 3 month trial of the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass.  I have gone through customer service twice and they say that I should get an email with the instructions for redemption. Nothing has come through my email.  I checked spam and all my other best buy emails come though fine.  There are no instructions.
