Waiting on refund - need help

Hi. I returned a high priced item to a Best Buy store 15 days ago and paid two ways. One was Debit, and the other was Paypal Credit. I got the refund for the debit but I’m still waiting for the Paypal Credit refund. I don’t want to wait any longer and I’m worried the Best Buy store didn’t process the Paypal refund portion correctly. Please help me. Thank you

Welcome to our forums!  I completely understand wanting to make sure both forms of payment are refunded fully after your return was processed, especially if it’s been a few days since you returned your purchase to us.

 

In regards to the refund to your PayPal account, while these can generally post within 2-5 business days after your return is processed, it can sometimes take up to 30 days for the funds to return to your account, depending on the card company associated with your account.  This is outlined in PayPal’s “Where is my refund?” Help Center article, which you’ll find here.

 

If after 30 days you’re still not seeing your refund, please follow up with us here on our Support Forums, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at that time.
