Hello there,

I have been dealing with this issue for a few weeks now, so let me begin. I initially purchased a Chromebook for $500 through my Apple Pay card and paid $14 in cash for the rest of my purchase, in-store. I realized I didn’t need the Chromebook and returned it, in-store. I didn’t have my receipt at the time and it turns out nobody asked for my account number, so the store manager had to look up my transaction by date and time it was purchased. He was able to find it and told me I’d receive my return in 7 business days. It has been WEEKS and $514 is somehow missing? I have basically had no luck with this case and it’s very frustrating, especially for a college student.
