Have been attempting to purchase a samsung washer and dryer from this store in Orlando. First it was purchased after 50 mins. Next it appeared they didn't really give us our 200 dollar promo gift card. They applied it to our purchase but still charged our credit card for it. Tried to get it straightened out. Which didn't work because simple math didn't make sense to them. A couple days later the dryer was on back order even though it was confirmed a couple days ago when we scheduled shipping. After to only learn they would substitute a lesser price item which was a cheaper price to be told its an even swap. How does this make sense. Try to cancel order and ask for a refund to learn the manager went home instead of processing the refund. Only to learn it can't be fully processed because the gift card isn't tagged to the receipt its tagged to a receipt that was one of many that shows we purchased it. The issue is still unresolved and to be told the store manager can't talk because he's interviewing people. Isn't that what the other managers and supervisors do.
Unreal.. Should have purchased from HOME DEPOT or Amazon. This is what i get for supporting a brick and mortar store that creates local jobs. No one trying to resolve the situation or follow thru.

If you received any gift card with your purchase, you would need to be present in the store with that gift card in order to have a full refund processed. Otherwise, the refund would be missing the amount of that gift card.
I know this is not the exact response you were looking to receive today, but I hope it helps understand the process behind what the store may be needing to move forward.

I get this but the fact that they charged me for the gift card that was supposed to a promotional item is the issue. If you would like to see the receipt i have no issues posting it up. They played games. Tell me why i have 5 different receipts for one purchase of a washer and dryer.
