Very POOR and DISRESPECTFUL Customer Service!!!!!!

I live in Sierra Vista, AZ and was at the local Best Buy located at 2200 El Mercado Loop, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 (Phone #(520) 417-1002a few weeks ago helping my Korean Pastor purchase 2 x 75in TVs for our church.  The store manager helped complete our order for delivery and installation and was very rude and talked down to the Pastor in a very condescending way, raising his voice and talking very slow like the Pastor was a child.  I let it go then, and when we left we thought the delivery of the TVs and site survey for installation were scheduled for 5 APR 2021.  Fast forward to a few days ago, and the TVs were delivered but the survey for installation was not conducted and the manager said the site survey was never scheduled and the earliest they could be installed was 19 APR 2021....and this time he raised his voice, almost yelling at the Pastor asking him if he understood this time like he was stupid or someting.  I find this behavior not only rude and highly disrespectful and offensive, but borderline racist!  Is this what Best Buy teaches their managers for how to treat and deal with a customer?  This manager should have to IMMEDIATELY call my Pastor directly and apologize, and then go out of his way to accommodate the installation and set-up with his Geek Squad membership as soon as possible - NOT on 19 APR 2021.  Please contact me directly by phone or email for any follow-up if needed.

I will get you the Pastor's name and phone number Friday and you can call him direct. I will also pass you the store manager's name Friday after I call the store and get his name - is Best Buy corporate going to apologize for this incident and accommodate the installation of the task for my Pastor and our church?

Seth {removed per forum guideslines} is the managers name.....I already told you what happened in the first post, now do something about it and address the situation.

Understand, but how will you make it right with the customer or does Best Buy only look at incidents like this as a "coaching" opportunity for the offending, rude and disrespectful employee?

No my situation was not addressed at all - no body contacted my Pastor......so now my conclusion is that not only does Best Buy not care when a store manager is rude and disrespectful to a minority customer, Best Buy condones it and I won't shop there again!
