I made a purchase online with the customer care agent on Oct 22nd at 2:54 PM. The items are very time-sensitive for me and I would like to receive it before 3 PM on Oct 23rd. I intended to find a local store where I could purchase them in person so I could get them in time, but the agent told me firmly four times that I would be able to receive all three items by 3 PM on the next day. Right before I made the payment, I reconfirmed with the agent about the receiving time and got a firm confirmation on that. But it turns out that my shipping was late, and at this point, I still haven't received them yet.
I am very disappointed by the credibility of Best Buy's customer service as they could've provided a more conservative estimate on the arriving time, so I would purchase the items in-store rather than paying an extra fee for them to be shipped to me. A few hours of shipping delay might sound acceptable for Best Buy, but it creates tremendous inconvenience and trouble for your customer if the order is time-sensitive.
BEST BUY SHOULD'VE PUT CREDIBILITY, HONESTY, AND RELIABILITY BEFORE SALE.
