Upgrading Device

I went to store to check offers on boxing day. Firstly i asked about iphone 12 pro 256gb just to know but the guy brought the device out with agreement papers and explained me the offer. After listening to that I preferred to upgrade to iphone 12 pro 128gb but the guy refused and told me he can’t upgrade to that. For that i need to come next day. When i went there bext day there were no devices and directed me to other store and when i went there they told me they exchange the device in their store and again i have to drive back to same store and they told me to come on Wednesday as they will get the stock on Tuesday. But when i went on Wednesday they told me the same thing again no stock. Apart from this issue when i asked about the offers I’m getting when i upgrade the device to iphone 12 pro 256gb the told me that i will be getting 100$ gift card from best buy and 45$ service fee credit and a 100$ Credit in fido towards my previous device balance. But when i got the bill from fido yesterday there was no 100$ credit and when asked the fido about this they told me i need to contact bestbuy store from where i bought it. After contacting several times to the best buy and fido the guy who upgraded my device doesn’t help or cares about the offer which i have to get. I wanted the upgrade if only i get the 100$ credit from fido and gift card from bestbuy then only i said yes but now the bestbuy guy doesn’t know which offer he gave me and ignores it completely.
