Update payment online purchase

I've made an online purchase for the Samsung Galaxy S10 plus and completed my purchase. A week later it tells me to update my payment after the money was already taken of. I've spoken with customer service yesterday because I know my order can get canceled. They told me to speak to my card holder to get refunded, then come back to customer service so my payment can be updated. After going through a long a tedious process, my payment was supposedly updated. Well, it wasn't and my order was canceled. I've gotten a reference number from that.

At the time of purchase, if you had used a debit or credit card you should’ve only been pre-authorized for agreed upon price then charged once it’s prepared be shipped or picked up. This is shared in our Terms and Conditions. We’re sorry your order had prompted you to update the payment and you had did so, but your order was still cancelled. I understand how that could be frustrating.


Once an order is cancelled we’d be unable to reinstate it, however, we’d like to review your order in more detail. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and your order number? You can send me a private message by choosing the blue “Private Message” button next to my name at the bottom. I look forward to your reply.
