At the time of purchase, if you had used a debit or credit card you should’ve only been pre-authorized for agreed upon price then charged once it’s prepared be shipped or picked up. This is shared in our Terms and Conditions. We’re sorry your order had prompted you to update the payment and you had did so, but your order was still cancelled. I understand how that could be frustrating.
Once an order is cancelled we’d be unable to reinstate it, however, we’d like to review your order in more detail.
