Unsatisfied with surface book

I am truly sorry for wasting time. I bought a surface book around 2015 in the Boardman store next to Chuck e cheese. I enjoyed it for a while but it's had problems all the time. Software problems despite warranty replacements. Overheating on chrome to the point of warped metal and dips. Keyboard not working after a few months. Shutting off randomly when connected to keyboard. I bought for a laptop not a oversized tablet with poor battery. I have sent it in a few times but with little success. With the warped metal they just undent it and within a week it comes back! The keyboard only working when pressing down on the tablet from the top. I still have warranty but this issue is persistent and I simply do not have trust in this product. I can't keep paying warranty over and over. I need a computer to last. I'd be happy with a surface laptop, which is a lesser model, store credit so I can get a new computer myself with thought. I'm truly sorry for the complaint as I know it is with no fault with the moderator or helper with the forum but I wish for something to be done. Thank you

I see that you're reaching out in regards to a Surface Book purchased in 2015. Being happy with the item you purchase is always important but options can be limited as the item gets older. While returning it or exchanging it may no longer be an option, you do have the ability to trade it in towards a new laptop that better fits your needs. While the amount given may not be very large, it can still help towards the purchase of a new laptop. Alternatively, if you have some sort of protection, I would suggest having it looked over thoroughly to ensure that there is no underlying issues that may be giving you repeat problems. Yes I have warranty. How much would the trade in be? I am fine with the computer while it does work but I can't pay the expensive warranty forever.
