Unprofessional Tony

I went into the store today to purchase a MacBook Pro and return some ProBeats that hurt my ears <br><br>My wife and I stood in the customer service line, 3 people deep, with another two individuals behind us. We’re patient people, it’s the holiday season, so we waited.<br><br>And waited, and waited. A manager named Tony kept coming by and leaving. There’s an open register. I asked if he could open up the register to help since it’s been a solid 20 mins. He said “nah you’re just gonna have to wait”.<br><br>I’m ok with waiting. I pushed him and he again said “shut up and wait like everybody else”. <br><br>Then he pulled me out of line and said that “if I want to complain I’ll get my way.” He then kept making unprofessional, hostile comments about me being a whiner and I should just be quiet. <br><br>Is this what Best Buy customer service is all about? All I did was ask for help.<br><br>Thanks, Tony! You’re a tough guy and your intimidation reallllly scared me 😂
