I purchased a blue ray player on 6/7/19. It was to hook up to my t v. Due to circumstances beyond my control my t v never got brought to where I am now living. Decided to buy a smart t v and wanted to return unopened box. Was advised by Slidell store I could not return it. Needless to say I will not be buying my new t v from Best Buy. I used to get good service from Best Buy in Monroe but evidently customer service is low on the totem pole now. My son buys a lot from Best Buy

Policy schmolicy it’s a sorry deal. I’m stuck with a $90 ourchase that I don’t need. If I had opened it yes but unopened no. I will buy the Tv from WalMart and tell all my friends the service you give to older people. I have been in retail all my life and that’s very poor business
